How can I hang fabric on concrete walls for my wedding reception?
I'm getting married in December and the banquet hall is 20 ft high and very large. All the walls are concrete and I have no idea how to hang fabric or even decorate. I would like to have an intimate feel to the area. There is padding that is built into the walls around the building. My colors are red, gold and black. Is there any way you can help?

I would suggest hanging them off from the ceiling, with "grommet holes" in the fabric, with "S hooks" and then placing it on a iron bar, that hangs from the ceiling the bar would be a shape like this I____I and would be screwed in at the top
