Alternative way to put concrete blocks together without using traditional mortar mix?
I have to close in an old window in my garage and was wondering if there is a good product to use to adhere the cement blocks together.

Instead using concrete blocks, why don't you use glass blocks? Glass blocks can be attached by using good quality sealants and most important, sunlight can go through glass which can save you electricity.
