The Pennsylvania Concrete Promotion Council (PCPC) is a non-profit organization, formed in a joint effort with the Concrete Council of Northeast Pennsylvania, the Eastern Pennsylvania Concrete Promotion Association and the Northeast Cement Shippers' Association. Our primary mission is to promote the use of Ready Mixed Concrete as the preferred building material. The PCPC acts as an educational and technical resource center for both the ready mix industry and the general public.

ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
Our regional councils localize the promotion effort and allow for special attention to unique local market opportunities. Presently, there are five regional councils: PCPC-Northeast (Scranton / Wilks-Berre), PCPC- Southeast (Lehigh and Delaware Valleys), PCPC-Central Region (Williamsport, State College), and PCPC-Western Region (Pittsburgh Area).

 The purpose of the PCPC is to make the partnership a tool for expanding the market for Ready Mixed Concrete in Pennsylvania. The combined strength of the PCPC is advancing the promotional and educational efforts of the individual groups to a statewide level. PCPC membership includes Ready-Mix Producers, NECSA members cement companies, Admixture Suppliers (liquid, color, fiber, and pozzolans), Concrete Contractors, and other interested stakeholders.

The PCPCis also sponsoring group for American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing and Flatwork Finishing Certification programs. PCPC members receive special discounts on most training and literature available through the Council. We invite you to join the PCPC.
